    Mission Secretariat, K-SDC Phase 1, K-SC pilot, SICC and first VLSI training cohorts.

    Phase II · 2027–28 — Expansion

    Advanced Packaging & Materials Lab, Cleanroom Complex, STRC, tape-out support and R&D pilots.

  3. 03

    Phase III · 2029–30 — Scaling

    Multisite EV/embedded CoEs, global anchors, IP commercialisation and a Statewide innovation corridor.
